rear windscreen heater not working need help

hello everyone. I have just joined this forum. I think its class. I need your help My rear windscreen heater is not working and will not demist my window. When I press the button the light comes on, However it does not demist. Is this a common problem?? Can anyone help me.

Had the same problem myself. Turned out to be a wire had come loose at the back. Garage sorted it out for me.

I find my Soda dealer very helpful. Will always have a quick look. If it is a quick fix no charge.
