First thing would be to Try jump starting
is this fails select 4rd gear and rock the car car back and fourth and try jump staring again. If still FAILS TO START. Try bump starting. If That does not work try hitting starter with somthing hard. If this does not work try tow starting it. Does everything else work ?? |

We've just had the RAC out to this today... in our case it was a broken wire to the solenoid on the starter. Aparently they are notorious for this. The wire to the starter is a bit short and the vibration of the engine eventually breaks the wire. Easy fixed, probably best to get the local auto-spark out if your not confident with a soldering iron, heat skrink and crimps.
